About me

The fundamentals

Every answer sharpens Vereme. Skip any — come back anytime.

Best and worst silhouettes, styles, fits, colours, textures, shoes, bags, glasses, other accessoriespieces you lean on — anything that helps Vereme respect your real closet.

Getting ready each day, exercising, researching and shopping for appearance-related products and services, getting or using treatments, etc.

Lifestyle

What shapes how you show up

Sleep has a significant impact on skin repair, hair health, and how you feel in the morning.

Hydration is one of the highest-impact factors for skin and hair quality.

This helps calibrate skincare, especially SPF and antioxidant recommendations.

Stress affects skin, hair, weight, and overall appearance in measurable ways. Knowing this helps Vereme give you better recommendations.

Some medications have appearance side effects Vereme can help you manage. You do not need to name the medication — just the effects you have noticed.

Alcohol affects skin hydration, inflammation, and sleep quality — all of which show up in your appearance.

We are not judging - just helping you counteract the effects on your skin, teeth etc. By the way, we don't ask about substance use here, but if you share that in chat, Vereme only uses that information to calibrate guidance and saves it with extra layers of privacy.

How much you know and how much you care

If you're a skincare expert who couldn't care less about nails, Vereme will skip the basics on skincare and won't waste your time on nails unless you ask.

Faster start

Bring in what you've already saved

Most people already have years of data scattered across apps. None of that is wasted. Vereme can be the central hub for all things appearance. All apps allow you to export your data (usually from their Settings page), so simply download it and upload it here. No store logins required.

We are starting with ways to quickly inform Vereme about your style and interests by identifying patterns in your posted, liked and saved images.

We will soon also add the ability to connect to some apps so that any new data you create in one is shared.

Upload now and Vereme reads them immediately.

Pinterest

Zip from your Pinterest data export

How to get this file from Pinterest

Pinterest's official data export lives under Settings → Privacy and data. Here's how to request it:

On desktop (easiest):

  1. Log in at pinterest.com and click the dropdown arrow (∨) in the top right.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. In the left sidebar, click Privacy and data.
  4. Scroll down to the Data section and click Request your data (sometimes labeled "Request data" or "Account data" depending on the UI).
  5. Confirm the request. Pinterest will start compiling your archive.

On mobile: Tap your profile → the three dots (⋯) or gear icon → SettingsPrivacy and dataRequest your data.

What to expect: It may take up to 48 hours to receive an email with the download link. The data is sent to the email address associated with your account via Pinterest's third-party provider, SendSafely. The archive arrives as machine-readable files (JSON/CSV) covering your boards, pins, account history, messages, search history, and ad/profile data — metadata and URLs rather than the image files themselves. Pinterest help article.

If you actually want the images: The official export gives you URLs, not a tidy folder of pictures. Vereme will fetch a sampled subset for you automatically, so you don't need to do anything extra. If you ever want the images themselves locally, a browser extension like Pinpasta works per-board and exports to ZIP, and desktop tools like WFDownloader can pull a full archive.

Then upload or drag and drop the file here.

Instagram

Zip from your Instagram "download your information" request

How to get this file from Instagram

Instagram lets you export a full copy of your data (posts, messages, followers, login history, settings, etc.) through Meta's Accounts Center. Here's the process:

In the app:

  1. Tap your profile, then the ☰ menu, and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Accounts Center at the top.
  3. Go to Your information and permissions → Export your information.
  4. Tap Create export, choose the Instagram profile, then select Export to device (or Transfer to a destination if you want it sent to Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).
  5. Customize what you want: data types, date range, format (JSON is better for analysis/tools, HTML is easier to browse), and media quality.
  6. Tap Start export and re-enter your password.

On desktop: Go to accountscenter.instagram.com, then follow the same path: Your information and permissions → Export your information. Desktop is easier if you're pulling a large archive.

What to expect: Instagram emails you when the file is ready — usually within a few hours, though it can take up to 48 hours (and officially up to 30 days for very large accounts). Once the download link arrives, you have about 4 days to grab the ZIP before the link expires. A full archive is typically a couple of GB depending on how much media you have.

Format choice: Choose JSON. Vereme reads JSON exports directly. HTML works but loses some structured fields.

Then upload or drag and drop the file here.
